Set show details once
A Show Book can supply its Show Name and Show Date to every included pattern while each class keeps its own header.
For show organizers and secretaries
Collect the classes, arrange them by discipline, set the show details once, and publish one mobile-friendly link and one complete PDF for exhibitors, staff, and judges.
A Show Book can supply its Show Name and Show Date to every included pattern while each class keeps its own header.
Create movable sections for Horsemanship, Ranch Riding, Showmanship, Trail, or the order used by your show.
Generate the cover, contents, page numbers, online viewer, and complete PDF from the same frozen version.
Build the class list
Create a Show Book for the event, enter the Show Name and Show Date, then add existing saved patterns. Those book details are the default headers for the included pages, while class names continue to come from each pattern.
When one class needs a different header in this book, override only that occurrence. The underlying pattern and its use in other books remain unchanged.
Publish the handout
Choose Letter or A4, customize the cover, and decide whether the contents pages should list discipline sections or every pattern. Publishing calculates the final page order and saves a read-only version.
Exhibitors receive one online link that works on a phone, tablet, or desktop. The show office can download the same version as one PDF for printing or posting.
Handle corrections clearly
Edits remain in the working Show Book until you publish again. A corrected publication receives a new version number and link, while the earlier version stays exactly as issued.
The owner can turn sharing on or off for each version. Published books remain unlisted from public search and are available to people who have the enabled link.
